Returns

Return the product to us with the original packaging and a copy of

the original receipt to the address given to you by the customer

service representative.

Item must be in the same condition it was sold and fully assembled.

We must receive all of the parts that were included in the sale for the

warranty to be valid. (THE RETURNED ITEM MUST MATCH THE ORIGINAL PICTURES)

Warranty :

There is a 30 days start-up warranty. This warranty

will cover that no problems will occur if the transmission is installed in the

vehicle properly by a certified mechanic. In the event that a part of

the transmission is found to be defective, this part will be replaced.

The customer is responsible for all the freight charges on the return of

defective items and no replacement part will be sent until our staff

have inspected and verified the returned defective item in question.

. The customer is responsible for all the shipping charges for the returned product.

We are not responsible for any labor work. Our warranty is ONLY on the Transmission.
Warranty is VOID if transmission is blown or seized due to customer

negligence - (i.e, racing, running vehicle without oil, high revving, etc)

All wear and tear parts (e.g. solenoids, strainer, mount, torque converter, etc.)

are not covered under warranty.

Warranty of any Seized or Blown Transmission by customer during

warranty period due to unprofessional installation or any other reason is void.

You will receive the item as shown in the pictures. Any other

additional parts required to complete your swap will have to be

purchased separately. Some products may require additional

components to be fully functional.

Warranty will be voided if any modifications are performed on the block itself!!
